Summer is just around the corner, and campers need help from people just like YOU! Okoboji is seeking any 16+ year old to become an official camp Junior Staff! Being a Junior Staff at Okoboji is an awesome opportunity to impact the lives of hundreds of children, youth and families. Okoboji J-Staff volunteer for up to one week at a time in areas of cabin leadership, kitchen support, maintenance help and program leadership. Ever wanted to try your hand at being a camp counselor? Go behind the scenes to see what makes camp work? Have the opportunity to lead some of your favorite camp games? Meet and work with other Junior Staff from all over the midwest? Then this is the opportunity for you!
This is a wonderful opportunity for youth to grow as leaders, share the love of Christ with children, as well as to earn volunteer hours for high school graduation honors or college admission/scholarships.
