Camp Supporter
make a difference by sharing the joys of our camping experience
Your help is needed – make a BIG difference! An Okoboji camping experience has been part of countless people’s faith stories beginning in 1915. Camp Supporters work within their local churches to continue the tradition of sharing the mission and ministry of an Okoboji camping experience!
Camp Supporters share camping and retreat opportunities with children, youth and families in their local churches and communities, as well as other ways to become involved in this life-changing ministry!
Camp Supporters act as the spokesperson for Okoboji camp within their church. They are the conduit for information to flow between Okoboji and their local churches. Supporters work closely with their pastor, Christian education staff, church families and Okoboji Camp to help make sure families stay in-tune with camping opportunities throughout the year but primarily in the spring. Camp Supporters work within their local churches to continue the tradition of sharing the mission and ministry of an Okoboji camping experience!
Our goal is to provide you with information and resources to make sharing about life-changing camp opportunities easy and FUN!!
